📜 Safety Net of Hope (SNOH) Creator Leaderboard

Official Terms, Conditions, and Tracking Rules

Last Updated: May 2026

Program Overview: The Safety Net of Hope Monthly Creator Leaderboard recognizes and rewards content creators who utilize their digital platforms to raise awareness and funds for families facing sudden pediatric medical emergencies.

By participating in any SNOH fundraising campaign, creators agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Safety Net of Hope Board of Directors, which are final and binding in all matters.

1. Eligibility & Registration

  • Open Enrollment: The program is open to digital content creators, live streamers, podcasters, and social media influencers globally, provided they are at least 18 years of age (or have verified parental/legal guardian consent).

  • Account Verification: To qualify for leaderboard placement, creators must register an official campaign profile through the approved Safety Net of Hope charity platform portal (e.g., Tiltify, DonorDrive, or the official website portal) and link their active broadcasting/content channel.

  • Content Compliance: Channels must not broadcast content that is illegal, defamatory, overly explicit, harmful, or promotional of hate speech. Safety Net of Hope reserves the right to disqualify any creator whose platform violates community standards.

2. Monthly Competition Structure & Categories

The leaderboard resets at 12:00:00 AM EST on the 1st day of each calendar month  and concludes at 11:59:59 PM EST on the final day of that month. Four distinct categories will be tracked:

A. Most Invited (Referral Leader)

  • Metric: The highest number of unique, verified creators who register and launch an active fundraising campaign using the primary creator’s unique referral link.

  • Validation: A referred campaign is considered "active" once it receives its first individual donation of $5.00 or more. Self-referrals or duplicate dummy accounts will result in immediate disqualification.

B. Most Generous Community (Unique Donors)

  • Metric: The campaign that secures the highest volume of unique, individual donor contributions during the calendar month.

  • Validation: To prevent artificial inflation, multiple micro-donations (e.g., twenty $1.00 donations) originating from the same payment method, IP address, or email account will be consolidated and counted as one (1) unique donor for leaderboard tracking.

C. Top Monthly Earner (Total Revenue)

  • Metric: The campaign that aggregates the highest total gross dollar amount raised for the SNOH Emergency Assistance Fund within the calendar month.

  • Validation: Includes all direct credit card, debit card, and corporate-matching donations processed securely through the official campaign portal.

D. Highest Donor-to-Viewer Ratio (The Equalizer)

  • Metric: Calculated using the formula:

  • Validation: Average CCV will be pulled from public analytics APIs (such as TwitchTracker, SullyGnome, or YouTube Analytics) corresponding precisely to the date and time windows the creator was actively streaming for the charity. A minimum threshold of 10 unique donors is required to qualify for this specific category to prevent statistical skewing on ultra-short broadcasts.

3. The Reward & Google Ads Compliance

The winning creator in each of the four categories will receive $100 in Google Search Advertising dedicated to co-branding their impact and channel partnership.

  • Google Ad Grants Compliance: In strict adherence to Google for Nonprofits policies, ad spend cannot be handed over as cash, nor can ads point directly to a commercial, third-party URL (like a direct Twitch or YouTube link).

  • Execution: Safety Net of Hope will build, host, and maintain a dedicated, co-branded Impact Landing Page on safetynetofhope.org celebrating the winning creator’s achievements. The $100 Google Search Ad budget will be allocated by SNOH to drive high-intent search traffic to that landing page, which prominently features links, embeds, and buttons that redirect visitors to the creator's personal channel.

  • Non-Transferability: Rewards hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and must be deployed within 60 days of the winning month's conclusion.

4. Fair Play, Tracking, & Anti-Fraud Policy

To maintain absolute integrity across the community, Safety Net of Hope enforces a zero-tolerance policy for artificial manipulation.

  • Prohibited Tactics: The use of view-bots, automated donation scripts, chargeback schemes (donating with the intent to dispute the charge later), or falsifying referral profiles is strictly prohibited.

  • Audit Rights: The SNOH compliance team reviews all leaderboard winners before public announcement. If suspicious transaction patterns or erratic viewer data are flagged, the creator must provide backend channel analytics upon request to verify legitimacy.

  • Disqualification: If fraud or manipulation is detected, the offending campaign will be removed from the leaderboard, all rewards for that month will be forfeited, and the creator may face a permanent ban from future Safety Net of Hope initiatives.

5. Tax & Legal Disclaimers

  • 501(c)(3) Direct Routing: Safety Net of Hope is a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. All donations made through creator campaigns go directly to the foundation’s secure financial accounts. Creators never handle, hold, or route donor funds through their personal bank accounts.

  • Donor Receipts: Automated tax-compliant receipts are delivered directly to donors via email by the platform processor. Creators cannot issue tax receipts on behalf of SNOH.

  • Limitation of Liability: Safety Net of Hope is not responsible for technical glitches, platform downtime (e.g., Twitch or Tiltify outages), or API tracking delays that occur outside of the organization’s direct server control.
