Helping Hands is an awareness and fundraising initiative by Safety Net of Hope. When you sponsor a handprint, you’re helping fund critical support for families whose child is facing a long hospital stay due to an unexpected accident.
Each handprint represents someone who chose to stand with families during one of the hardest moments of their lives.
1️⃣ Sponsor a Handprint Choose a color and placement (availability permitting). 2️⃣ Your Handprint Is Displayed Handprints are placed on Safety Net of Hope’s awareness vehicle for one full year. 3️⃣ We Spread the Mission The vehicle appears at events, parades, and in the community, sparking conversations and awareness. 4️⃣ Families Receive Support Funds help cover basic living expenses so parents can stay with their hospitalized child.

Funds raised through Helping Hands go toward helping families cover basic living expenses such as rent, utilities, and food, so parents can stay with their child during a critical hospital stay instead of worrying about finances.
Your handprint will be displayed on Safety Net of Hope’s awareness vehicle, which appears at community events, parades, and throughout the region, helping spread awareness of our mission.
Each Helping Hand sponsorship remains on the vehicle for one full year from the date it is added.
Yes. You may select a preferred color and side of the vehicle (driver or passenger), subject to availability.
Absolutely. Businesses, teams, schools, and organizations are encouraged to become Helping Hands. Business sponsorships offer positive community visibility while supporting families during times of crisis.
Yes. Safety Net of Hope is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and donations may be tax-deductible as allowed by law.
Helping Hands is primarily an awareness and fundraising initiative. The funds raised support Safety Net of Hope’s broader mission of assisting families facing extended pediatric hospital stays.
Space on the vehicle is limited. Once all available handprint spaces are filled, new sponsorships may be placed on a future vehicle or awareness campaign.
